With Sarah Shorter

Friday Evenings, 7-9 pm : October 23rd & November 20th

This Autumn, I am delighted to welcome Sarah Shorter, a wonderful acupuncturist and naturopath, to The Haven.

Together, we are offering two seasonally inspired evenings that combine yoga, breathwork, and acupuncture.

Each session is designed around the changing season, giving you space to slow down and tune into what you need at that time of year.

Drawing on the Five Element tradition, we’ll weave together gentle movement, Yin yoga and breathing practices before moving into acupuncture and deep rest.

While you rest comfortably on your mat, Sarah will stimulate & nourish the specific meridians and the organs appropriate for the season.

You will have time to slow down, release physical tension and step away from the busyness of everyday life.

These two events stand alone, or you are very welcome to join us for both.
