Join me for a weekend of heart-healing yoga and voice workshops.
The morning sessions will build into a fiery expansive asana class before moving into more subtle realms of connecting with the heart’s energy. In the afternoon sessions, I will offer the Giving Voice workshops.
Through guided moving meditations, breath attention, sound healing and uplifting chants, you will be encouraged to find your truth, acknowledge your purpose and give yourself permission to express yourself.
You are welcome to join this workshop on either a residential or non-residential basis.

Accommodation
Situated on over 100 acres of agricultural land right next to the lake, Innishbeg Cottages is a beautiful retreat established over 30 years ago.
Rooms are furnished in a Scandinavian style. There are four bedrooms in our two larger cottages, two of which are double rooms (for single occupancy) and two twin rooms for shared accommodation. There are two bathrooms in each house, one wet room, and one room including a bathtub. TV and DVD player in each cottage.

Cost
Non-residential costs £150, and includes teas and coffees, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, plus the workshop.
Residential ranges from £300 to 350 (shared), and £375 to £410 (single). The higher price includes its own bathroom (limited availability, given on a first come, first served basis). The residential cost includes the workshop, 3 nights of B&B, lunches, evening meals, and use of the spa.
Travel is not included and transfers can be arranged at extra cost, which we’ll keep to the minimum.
On Friday the 8th of September, you are welcome to arrive any time after 3pm to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Dinner will be served at 7pm. Although Blaney Spa is not licensed, you are welcome to bring your own wine or beer.
