Online Yoga Classes

NEW SCHEDULE: Week commencing October 26th

My Online Classes are presented in ‘terms’ – blocks of morning and evening classes, spanning several weeks. Everyone is welcome to dip in and out, to choose only the classes you’d like to attend (although naturally, I’d love for you to attend as many as you can).

Each class is offered in the spirit of healing and sharing. I completely understand if you cannot contribute financially just now (Covid-19 has had an impact on everyone), although a voluntary donation is possible if you’re able to contribute.

The next eight week ‘term’ starts on Monday October 26th, and ends on December 18th. Take a look at the toggles below, to discover what’s coming up!

Weekly Yoga Classes

Get Up & Move

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 8am ~ 8.30am

A short ( 30 mins) energising session to prepare mind and body for the day ahead, this practice includes stretches, variations on sun salutations, core, cardio, breathing and mindfulness to build strength, resilience and positive vibes!

All levels: Everything can be adapted

Yoga Class

Tuesdays & Thursdays 10am ~ 11am

A longer session for mind, body and spirit, this practice includes warm ups, sun salutations, balances and deeper poses all based on the qualities of the elements & chakras.

All levels

Chill Out and Relax

Wednesday 7pm ~ 8pm

For those of you who love breathing deeply, healing sound, mindfulness, slow moves and guided rest.

For everyone who wants a good nights sleep
