Online Class Schedule

Between April 2nd and April 18th, I’m taking a Spring Break.

Classes will resume from April 19th.

Get Up Together
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 8am ~ 8.45am

An energising session to prepare mind and body for the day ahead, this practice includes stretches, variations on sun salutations, core, cardio, breathing and mindfulness to build strength, resilience and positive vibes!

All levels: Everything can be adapted

This class is offered in the spirit of healing and sharing. I completely understand if you cannot contribute financially just now, though a voluntary donation is possible if you can.

Yoga Class
Tuesdays & Thursdays 10am ~ 11am

A longer session for mind, body and spirit, this practice includes warm ups, sun salutations, balances and deeper poses all based on the qualities of the elements & chakras.

All levels
