Every practice explores one of the three core aspects of your voice:
• Inner Voice, deepens self-awareness through gentle and intuitive movement, breath perception and accessible meditations.
• Sacred Voice, is the bridge that helps you manifest your inner voice into the outside world via sound healing practices.
• Expressive Voice, where you express your truth in the outside world by singing and chanting inspiring songs and affirmations that emanate from the heart. I will post regularly, so please tune up, tune in, and express your truth!
