The Daily Programme
While the day is still cool, we will meet to practice yoga before breakfast. This class will build into a flowing dynamic sequence that incorporates breath awareness, alignment, chakras, and sound healing. Expect to stretch, breathe, and possibly sweat finishing class ready for your well-deserved breakfast!
The morning is yours to rest by the pool or join in with activities. After lunch you can enjoy siesta or activity time.
The late afternoon session offers a variety of practices drawing upon Marco and Kate’s experience with healing sound, meditation, creative play, chakras and yin yoga. We will have two free afternoons when you can choose to rest by the pool, go for a nature walk, enjoy a bike ride, or sign up for one of the courses offered by the venue (available for a small extra fee).
There will be special optional activities after dinner such as open air cinema, dance, a homemade pizza and fireside music night and a sacred moonlit walk.
Things to do (plus activities)
Optional participation in one of our organised courses such as basket weaving, healthy Tuscan cuisine, making natural soaps and facial creams, baking with fire bread oven, learning how to make your own tinctures are on offer.
You can also book a massage or a counselling session (fee not included).
You may want to visit the hot springs or one of the many famous little medieval towns, specially on market day or some of the historical towns such as Siena, Pisa or Florence.
We have a one day outing to the beach to visit the Mediterranean Sea (there is no afternoon session on this day). The fee for the outing is €50.
On the other hand, you may simply want to ‘chill’ at your Tuscan ‘home’ playing “bocce”, enjoying our pool and the incredible views, reading in the shade or resting in a hammock.
