My teacher trainings are in Kundalini and Sivananda yoga, although my practice is also inspired by Iyengar and Vinyasa forms. Through both my classes and my personal practice, I aim to build fluidity, stability, awareness, and creativity on and off the mat.
Above all, the invitation is to connect with the heart space, and to enhance compassion for yourself and others
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, all public classes have been placed on hold until further notice.
However, Saturday classes in the park may begin again in September, restrictions permitting. My autumn schedule will be coming soon, so please watch this space for further updates.
Cancelled / Altered Dates
Sadly, The Temple is closed due to the coronavirus until further notice. This means that all classes that usually take place at The Temple are cancelled.
I am however offering Online Classes, via Zoom.
One to One and Private Group Yoga Classes
I love working with people one to one. It’s a beautiful opportunity to really explore the subtleties of the practice.
I use a coaching model to help gain an understanding of which ways yoga can help you personally in your everyday life. Together we can focus on your individual circumstances, working in a way that’s tailored to your needs.
In-keeping with the latest advice on tackling the coronavirus, all in-person / one to one classes will take place outside.
