Yoga is so much more than headstands, trees and dogs; it’s a route to your inner balance and joy, and there are many ways to get there. A personalised yoga and coaching plan targets the areas of your life that you want to address – physical, emotional, mental or circumstantial – and keeps you motivated.

After struggling with finding a daily movement practice that I would stick to, I decided to meet Kate and get her help to design a tailor made yoga plan for me.

Kate took time to listen to my previous experiences of exercising, the goals I wanted to reach, and most importantly, how much time I could realistically afford to spend moving daily. I have been following her advice for two weeks now and I am already feeling the benefits of my daily movement routine. The pain on my back when stretching is gone, I feel more energised and I have increased my flexibility when bending.

I am now hooked on a daily practice that I look forward to doing every day.

Kate creates a very calm and inclusive space for her students. Required Experience

I work with people from right across the spectrum of personal yoga experience – from complete beginners, to fellow yoga teachers.

For me, yoga is about developing our sense of self-awareness, to enable us to make the best best choices (both on and off the mat). In these sessions, you and your life is the subject, and yoga (with its many strands) is one of our tools.

For this reason, your current level of yoga experience is not too significant. We will move at your own pace, and in your own time.

Locations + Approaches

In-person or online.

I love working face-to-face, and I enjoy the physicality of being in the same space.
However, one silver lining of the pandemic has been the normalisation of working remotely together.

Perhaps you’re someone who has reaped the benefits of this method, or maybe you worry that you will feel less connected. I want to reassure you that I have found deep connections through all sorts of client interactions, regardless of whether they’ve been online or in-person.

Prices + Packages

My Life Coaching with Yoga Tools packages include…

• A one off session – £100

• A series of 4 Sessions, including an initial session of 75 mins, with 3 follow up sessions of 60 mins each (to be redeemed within 6 months) – £300

• A Series of 6 Sessions, including an initial session of 75 mins, with 5 follow up sessions of 60 mins each (to be redeemed within 12 months) – £425

A series of either 4 or 6 sessions work best, though I can offer a one-off in certain circumstances.
